Giving Back
Giving back to the community is an integral part of our business and we understand how important supporting the surrounding community is for the Museum of the Home. We continually ensure we are making bigger strides each year to give back to the community, along with the museum itself.
We collaborate and host a charitable event with the museum each year
We proudly support the museum's Campaign for Change: Food Equality initiative. For every guest who attends our events, we donate 50p/person - totaling over £5,000/year. Together, we've raised over £15,000 for the Museums charity campaigns
We strive to mainly work with local and independent suppliers within London and the UK
The KIN London team all volunteer at Bethnal Green Food Bank once a month to help give back to the local community
We also ensure we contribute yearly to the upkeep of the museum. Covering the costs for the upkeep during event season and the reseeding of the lawns.
